Our Team

David Pataconi – Founder/Web Admin

David was the lead technician of our group as of April 2009. He is CompTIA A+ Certified, and has been working on computers for over a decade.  He now only maintains the website.

Dan Pataconi – Owner

Dan is a CompTIA A+ Certified IT technician. He is passionate about computers and technology in general. Dan is great with people and is dedicated to helping them obtain their computer’s optimum level of performance. Dan has been with the team since March 2009, and is a valuable asset.

Chuck Thames – Owner/Founder

Chuck has many hours of experience in computer repair centers, and has been repairing computers since 1999. His passion for quality interaction with clients has won him awards, and he enjoys helping people the most. He is sincere, and takes great pride in his work. Chuck is CompTIA A+ Certified.

Brian Smalley- Intern

Brian has been working with computers for several years, and is currently working towards obtaining his CompTIA A+ certification. He is currently training under our professionals, and will eventually become a full-time member of our team of computer technicians. His excellent character and professional workmanship makes him a joy to work with, and we are comfortable recommending him to any one of our clients.
