Policies/Warranty Info

We warranty our labor for a period of 7 days. However, we do not make any guarantees for software issues including, but not limited to: viruses, trojans, and software you install afterwards. You are responsible for keeping your data backed up. Under no circumstances are we liable for loss of data. You must keep your software up-to-date; we are not responsible for that. We are not responsible for hardware damages occurring after or before repairs done by us. Warranty information subject to change without notice. All hardware needed to be installed must be purchased by you, and is required to be brand new. We will not install used hardware unless you agree that there is no warranty or guarantee whatsoever, hence the 7 day warranty is void. This agreement will be signed on-site by you before any and all work is done. We do not warranty hardware that we have not installed, nor software of any kind.
